癲癇發(fā)作該如何施救？

看到的幾大機構的說法，都是不推薦將任何東西塞進癲癇發(fā)作者口內的，當然也包括施救者的手指。

根據(jù)美國（CDC）和英國（NHS）的說法，可以做的事情主要包括讓患者側躺，移除他身邊所有可能造成意外傷害的東西，適當墊起頭部（Put something soft and flat, like a folded jacket, under his or her head.），弄松領帶和衣領（以免影響呼吸），摘掉眼鏡?？梢杂涗浵掳l(fā)作的時間以及表現(xiàn)，這對患者和他的醫(yī)生有參考價值。

不要做的事情包括強制約束患者的肢體、往他們嘴里放東西，在患者完全恢復清醒之前也不要給他們食物和水。

癲癇患者確實有可能會咬到舌頭，但拿其他東西讓他們咬可能反而損傷更嚴重。

CDC的說法：

Do?not?hold the person down or try to stop his or her movements.

Do?not?put anything in the person’s mouth. This can injure teeth or the jaw. A person having a seizure cannot swallow his or her tongue.

Do?not?try to give mouth-to-mouth breaths (like CPR). People usually start breathing again on their own after a seizure.

Do?not?offer the person water or food until he or she is fully alert.
